Given the Scores: 4, 7, 8, 11, 13, 8 with corresponding frequencies: 3, 5, 2, 7, 2, 1 respectively. Find the square of the mode
Arinze Ozuba
Mode =11
Square of 11 =11 ×11= 121
SEVO
I think there a three different modes in this equation.

Correct bro
SEVO
I think the mode is meant 8. So the square of 8 being 64, the answer is meant to be 64 and not 121
Soft Exclusive
7x7=49
Sam Owolabi
7×7=49
Kennedy Ekuhule
The answer is 49 because 7 is most occurring frequency then if squared is 49
How do we get 121
karlmuller
121

The mode is the value that occurs most frequently in a given set of data.
Mode = score with highest frequency \(= 11.\)
Scores: \(4, 7, 8, 11, 13, 8\)
Frequencies: \(3, 5, 2, 7, 2, 1\)
The highest frequency is 7 and 11 is the number with that frequency i.e. the mode.
Square of \(11 = 121\)
Faith
Mode is said to be the score with the highest..so how come the frequency here is 11 instead of 13..then d square of 13 is =169..pls if am wrong anyone can correct me.. Thanks
Oluwaseun Adeyemi
Mode = score with highest frequency \(= 11.\)
Square of \(11 = 121\)
